Roll Back to the 80's
This was one of my favorite movies when I was in high school. These are some of my favorite actors of all times. Yes, I grew up in the time of the Brat Pack. I remember being astounded with the performance that Robert Downey Jr. gave. There have only been a handful of other performances by different actors that I found as energy packed. The kind of performance where you think, wow, he is going somewhere. Leonardo Dicaprio in What's Eating Gilbert Grape, Elijah Wood in The War, and Shia LaBeouf in A Guide to Recognizing Your Saints. Robert Downey Jr. also played a very dramatic role in this movie as well.

The Lowdown
My favorite scene is chapter twenty, where Julian asks for his fathers help. Robert Downey Jr. really sold me on that scene. It was very emotionally charged, and he did a wonderful job of making you feel it.
