Learn The Easy Way To Pay Off Your Mortgage

Some people that are like me do not like the concept of bi-weekly payment and I even hate it more when I have to send it extra money to cover the bi-weekly fee.
There are couples of reasons why I personally don't like bi-weekly mortgage program. The first reason is that I have to pay a fee for them to keep my money and make profit from it while in their custody.
The second reason is that it is relatively so simple and easy to do, the program is not doing any thing extra ordinary for you. All they do is keeping you from spending an extra month's mortgage payment but instead pay it to the mortgage company.
Basically how bi-weekly payment works, it forces you to make and extra monthly payment, because you are sending in payments every two weeks you will end up paying for an extra month so instead of twelve months you'll pay for thirteen months.
How I did it without paying anybody any fee. I even achieved a better result than would have the program. What I did was open up a savings account and will not operate the account with a check, that way it is a bit harder to take money out. Now, every two weeks which is actually when I got paid I'll put half or better into the savings account and at the end of the month I'll send everything thing in the account to the mortgage company except my account cushion which is $50 that way the account is never totally empty.
