I didn't understand that. The only "list" I had in network marketing was the one I made of family and friends that my upline told me to make.

That's the problem - I was trying to create prospects. That's not what marketers do. Most network "marketing" isn't true marketing. Most of us in multi-level "marketing" (MLM) haven't ever studied marketing.

True marketing is not chasing after people (family and friends) who are not the least bit interested in MLM. For me, thanks to affiliate marketing, ALL that has changed.

One of the reasons network marketers fail is they do not understand that you can't create create a prospect.

Could I say that again? You can't create a list of prospects. You have to market what you have to offer so that THEY FIND YOU!
