Lidia Matticchio Bastianich (born February 21, 1947) is an Italian-American chef born in Croatia. She specializes in Italian-American cuisine, and became a TV celebrity through her cooking shows.
She has been a regular contributor to the PBS cooking show lineup since 1998. In 2007, she launched her third TV series, Lidias Italy.
