Healing and Restoration

Becoming Whole From Within

The origin of pain: The experiences in our lives that cause us to feel negativity in our hearts and it puts a padlock on our intimacy. Sorrows and greivances that have gripped our hearts so firmly that they become a part of our pschye, personality, and character. The arrows from tragedy and disappointment, the spears of anger from unfair treatment of loved ones, over expectations from incapable people.

What is pain? It is mental or emotional suffering and torment. We can distinguish different levels of pain. For example: the agony of defeat, the anguish of cancer over the years, the affliction of physical distress suddenly like the sharp point of a pin to the skin, or even an ache which applies the continuation of pain like a headache.

Interesting definition from Webster's Medical dictionary: (pains)--the protracted series of involuntary contractions of the uterine musculature that constitute the major factor in parturient labor and that are often accompanied by considerable pain.

It is often the uncontrollable stimuli in our lives that occur that trigger pain. Situations and circumstances that appear to be spiraling out of control can cause to feel tormented in our minds. Seeds of worry are implanted when we feel that things are not going to turn out good. When we have encountered pain, we have broken away from the foundation of wholeness. The person, place, or thing we once trusted is no longer worthy of our trust at 100%. The barrier of pain and bitterness often block out the vision of what God is doing in the midst of the strife. Meanwhile, character, fortitude, and faith are being built up inside what feels like a wilderness.

What is loneliness? It is state of experiencing solitary isolation. The experience of sadness from abandonment. Loneliness is one of the best places the Lord likes to do His best work! It is here that the distractions of normal life, the everyday traditional ways of living, our customs..etc have been disrupted. The worse thing you can do to a human being is to leave him or her in total isolation. We have been designed by God to desire fellowship. We are made in His image, the tri-God. Father, Son, and Holy Ghost are all one. He created these earthly tents knowing that He would one day dwell with man in his heart by faith. Fellowship is in the will of God.

God purposely creates seasons of loneliness in your life so that you eventually look inward and move towards Him! We must be transformed here and get victory over the dramatic experiences that have taken place in our lives. I like to call this place "the breaking point". It is here that your will, your heart, your mind experience the greatest torment. There is no companionship from the familiar. You are destitute from support or sympathy. It feels like no one cares about you. It is here that the satanic thoughts invade your mind and tell you that it is better to die than to live like this! Despair is putting on his crown and getting ready to declare your mind conquerered for the kingdom of darkness. God said in the Bible that when we are weak then He is strong.

Revelation Tools

How the Word of God functions

The Bible is not just an ordinary book. It contains principles, wisdom, stories, and history to feed your spirit, soul, and body. One person can read a passage in the Scriptures and percieve something different than someone else. Listed below, are the many different ways we can understand the Bible using Greek words.
  • Graphe-- It is the written account of God's Word. Any one person can read and understand the Bible this way. It is very similiar to reading a novel where you can size up the characters, pinpoint the morals, or even note historical meanings
  • Logos-- This allows a person to see the principles of the Word. It often uncovers value that can be applied on a personal level. In general, follow the Golden Rule or suffer the consequences in life.
  • Rhema-- This is where the Word of God becomes revelation in your heart or spirit. It is called truth revealed by the Spirit of God.
  • Zoe-- This is where the revelation becomes life-giving. The Word of God dwells within you. It becomes a part of who you are.

How Do I Know What God Wants From My Life?

If you desire to know the ultimate purpose of why God has placed you on the earth, then this ministry is for you..Did you know that we make over 10,000 decisions on a daily basis? A majority of them are on a small unconscious level. But there is one decision that God made about you and I nearly 2000 years ago on a bloody cross at Calvary! And it was a conscious decision to save our lives from eternal destruction by giving up His life through Jesus Christ.

And now, God requires that we surrender our lives to Him in every area. It's not so much that we should reverence God with all areas of our lives, but it is more that we abandon our lives to Him to use as He wills. It is then, that we can see, more clearly, the path to our destiny purposed by God before the foundations of the world were ever formed!
