I first designed these back in 1995, before computers were a household staple. Originally, these cuties were all hand drawn and hand painted on shirts and they sold well. Now, with the marvel of computers, the internet and print on demand sites, like Cafepress.com, I decided to reinvent them and see what happens.

I have always found that creating any kind of art or design theraputic. Whether is painting, drawing or rendering images on the computer, I find myself getting into a "zen like" mode and I lose track of the world around me. I call it creative meditation moments. From these moments, I have achieved some great ideas and designs.

T-Shirt design has been a wonderful outlet for speaking my mind about a variety of subjects. If someone or something starts to aggreviate me, instead of getting angry or upset, I create a t-shirt design. It is my creative way of venting and letting them know what I think without all the drama that usually goes along with it.

The best part is I am making a living from this... Who needs professionals!
