I first designed these back in 1995, before computers were a household staple. Originally, these cuties were all hand drawn and hand painted on shirts and they sold well. T-Shirt Design is Wonderful Therapy
I have always found that creating any kind of art or design theraputic. Whether is painting, drawing or rendering images on the computer, I find myself getting into a "zen like" mode and I lose track of the world around me. I call it creative meditation moments. From these moments, I have achieved some great ideas and designs.T-Shirt design has been a wonderful outlet for speaking my mind about a variety of subjects. If someone or something starts to aggreviate me, instead of getting angry or upset, I create a t-shirt design. It is my creative way of venting and letting them know what I think without all the drama that usually goes along with it.
The best part is I am making a living from this... Who needs professionals!
