Lifestyle Healthy Sites by LoKackl

As I prepare this directory of certain lenses on Squidoo, I see they fall into a diverse group characterized by lifestyle subjects with the theme of good health.

Staying healthy may cause me to focus on my physical body, but, my fundamental desire for good health also motivates me to investigate psychic/emotional subjects. A lifestyle healthy with interests as varied as poetry, basketball, humor, "moon & stars," and the needs of others, leads me to explore these subjects on Squidoo. When I began adjusting to life after my working years and following the death of both my parents, the failure of my second marriage and the secure adulthood of my two children I made some good but difficult choices.

Many of them are reflected in the "lenses" - Squidoo lingo for webpage - to which I've provided a small introduction and links on this site.
