To get maximum results place light relief directly on the surface of the skin. It provides topical heating for the purpose of elevating and maintaining tissue temperature. Use as a heat application for personal comfort & the temporary relief of minor muscle pain, joint pain, & stiffness.

The Light Relief does not emit any x-rays or radiation & it is very quiet. Make sure to use as instructed.

this is actually a nice lens been experiencing a lot of pain recently and this is all what I need but actually how does this one work. I've been a practitioner of eft for some time now it works really great for me I've learned it a lot through eft training site. I guess that eft will also be great with that kind of device. :D

Love the bit about arthritis. Have to say that for me cold works better than heat - possibly something to do with the cause of pain. Different "pains" different methods of treatment. Massage is one of my favourites. Works for muscle pain relief and for migraine pain relief. Check out my blog on muscle pain relief. Thanks.

I really like how people promotes products online like this awesome lens of yours! I've been actually looking for ways how to kill pain. Before, I used to put some liniment or ointment on an affected area but they sometimes can be messy and greasy. Furthermore, they stink! And if you indulge yourself with painkillers, it can destroy your mind. I remember when Alice Cooper sang, "Aspirin Damage, aspirin damage, kills the pain but destroys the brain..." Good thing I've come across this light relief of yours and buying them online can be a friendly nudge for my budget as well. Thanks for the info and oh, by the way, you might want to try to go to a site that offers personalized checks at half the price. I just recently purchased my own personalized side tear checks and they gave me a big 50% discount for it! You should try it out! I'm sure you can find something you love like dog checks or angel checks or butterfly checks, etc

Nice lens. Really interesting, I use my cozybag heating pad.
Check out cozybagz (microwaveable corn filled heating bags) when you get a chance. They have a new line of organic fabrics and the bags are actually filled with organic corn. They are awesome.
