About Disney's Lilo & Stitch
I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I started building this lens. I thought "Gee, a section on the movie, a section on the TV series, and a section on the attraction. How can that be enough?".
But look what it's become! All those movies, the TV series, the games, the attraction, the meet & greets. It's almost too much to go on one little page!
Lilo & Stitch The Movie
Along comes Stitch, or as he's known by his evil genius scientist creator Jumba, Experiment 626. 626 is programmed for absolute destruction and is completely invincible- except for one thing. He can't swim.
So what happens when he's trapped on a small island with very little to destroy, and a lonely young girl who just knows he's good? Well, a little bit of everything.
Inter-Stitch-als
These proved so popular that they were included on the 2-disc DVD set and called "inter-Stitch-als". My personal faves are the Aladdin and The Little Mermaid promos.
Best Lines in Lilo & Stitch
There are many funny moments in Lilo & Stitch, but some of the best ones are one liners! Here are the best IMHO, feel free to add more, or drop a comment at the bottom with your favorites.
Gantu and Stitch in space ship
Gantu: You're vile, you're foul, you're (blood?)!
Stitch: Also cute, huh?0 points
After Grand Councilwoman leaves Earth
Nani: CIA?
Cobra Bubbles: Former. Saved the planet once. Convinced an alien race that mosquitoes were an endangered species.0 points
Jumba in front of Grand Council
Created something? But that would be irresponsible, and unethical. I would never, ever... make more than one.0 points
Jumba in front of Grand Council
Grand Councilwoman: So it is a monster.
Jumba: Eh. Just a little one.0 points
Lilo to Hula Instructor
Every Thursday I take Pudge the fish a peanut butter sandwich.0 points
Lilo & Stitch 2: Stitch Has A Glitch
His increasing "badness" level is wreaking havoc on his relationship with Lilo, as well as wrecking a good part of the island!
Stitch Plushies
I love my Stitch doll!
My nephew was such a fan of Stitch that I bought him a stuffed Stitch while on a trip to Walt Disney World. I got him back to the hotel (Stitch) and ended up falling in love and cuddling him all night! The next day, I bought a different Stitch for my nephew.
When I brought that Stitch home, I showed it to my mother before giving it to my nephew- and she ended up cuddling it during our entire visit.
So now, I have a Stitch, my nephew has a Stitch, and my mother has a Stitch. You just won't want to let him go!

In this movie, Gantu captures one of Jumba's experiments for the newly introduced Dr Hamsterviel. Lilo released yet another experiment in an attempt to relieve Stitch's loneliness. All heck breaks loose as they try to recapture the released experiment and save the rest. For the full plot synopsis, click this link to visit Stitch! The Movie's Wikipedia page.
The animation in this movie is closer to the animation in the TV series, rather than the quality of the previous movies, but it does clear up a lot of the confusion on the plots of the TV series, such as how all those experiments escaped.
Leroy and Stitch
After all the experiments have been rounded up and rehabilitated (except 625, who just cares about sandwiches), each of the friends is heading their own way.
In the meantime, Gantu decides to release Hamsterviel, who in turn captures Jumba and forces him to create a bigger, badder version of Stitch.
It's a great series finale, and can be watched as the movie it was intended to be, but again the animation isn't up to par with the original movies.
Lilo & Stitch The TV Series
Naturally, the series didn't explore deep emotional issues the way the movies did, but that actually made the show a light, happy thing with all of the humor of the movies. I can't seem to find the series on DVD, and that's a shame, because it's certainly something I'd like to watch again.

Stitch's Greatest Escape
WDW: Magic Kingdom: Tomorrowland
The story takes place before the original Lilo & Stitch movie, as Stitch escapes before being brought to the Galactic Council for trial and sentencing.
Of course, there are quite a number of continuity issues, such as the attraction being named Stitch's Great Escape when he was still Experiment 626 on the timeline, and the end when Stitch escapes to eh-arth (Earth), even though in the movie Earth was a relative unknown.
The attraction also seems to be a bit love/hate with people either loving it for being cute, or hating it for not being as exciting or original as the attraction it replaced.
However, most agree that the Stitch animatronic is most impressive, and short lines make it a pleasant break.
Those who are easily frightened, including small children, should be particularly cautious about this attraction, as most of it takes place in the dark and is designed to frighten.
By the way, Stitch makes mysterious "appearances" via loudspeaker and background music in parts of Tomorrowland. Listen for him while riding the TTA (Tomorrowland Transit Authority) and while dining upstairs at Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe, or while in Cosmic Ray's restrooms.
Stitch Vs The Other Alien
In 2004, Walt Disney World closed the doors on ExtraTERRORestrial Alien Encounter, and opened to Stitch's Great Escape.
Using much the same technology, but a very different atmosphere, the change has incited heated arguments between proponents of both attractions.
How Do You Feel About Walt Disney World Replacing ExtraTERRORestrial with Stitch's Great Escape?
Fetching blurbs now... please stand byI love it! ExtraTERRORestrial was far too scary, and Stitch is so cute!
Angry. Why would they replace such a killer attraction with something less?

What Bloggers Have To Say About Lilo & Stitch
Lilo & Stitch Games
The one L&S game that I have is Lilo & Stitch's Island of Adventures DVD Game.
To be honest, we only played it once, discovering that it works much better as a family game, or a children's party (a small one)- and we're just a married couple (no kids).
It's a cute game though, and if you're into doing things like jumping up and acting like an animal to get points, this game will be right up your alley.
For the rest? I don't know anything about them. Sorry.
