Lina Inverse the Slayer
Lina Inverse is a powerful sorceress who is famous for killing bandits (to take their loot) and slaying dragons (accidentally destroying the occasional city in the process). She is quite adept at shooting fireballs at her enemies, and has also mastered more powerful spells like the Dragon Slave and the Laguna Blade. Concerned primarily with acquiring gold and powerful weapons, Lina fights for the Sentinel in exchange for a huge promised reward should she help destroy the Frozen Throne.

First off, try to get a Ring of Health. It should help you greatly in reducing the trips you take running back to the fountain, especially since you are a ranged hero. Next get Perseverence & dagon so you can spam your spell and harass your enemy or even kill him during early game. Any hero will probably not able to survive a combo from you with a dagon after you have Laguna Blade.
Combo you can try using is: Try predicting where the enemy hero will be in the next second and blast your LST at the area. Once hitting the enemy hero, he/ she will be stun. Then, right click on the hero to get a free shot. Follow by your Dragon Slave and Laguna Blade. If the hero is still alive give him a shot of your dagon and the battle should be over. If you are having a bad time predicting where the enemy hero is to blast your LST, try to make him attack you. It will be easier to hit him with the LST when he is near you.
Farming is easy once you reach about lvl 9 or lvl 10. Keep spamming your LST and Dragon Slave at groups of creeps and the gold should be raking in. Next you can choose to either get Aghanim's Scepter or Eye of Skadi else max your dagon. The game should pretty much be over after you got ur Aghanim's Scepter or Eye of Skadi. If not just get a Refresher Orb and Guinsoo's Scythe of Vyse and I am sure no hero will be able to win in a 1v1 or 1v2 match against you.
Please do take note of heros that are dangerous to Lina:
Naix - His Ultimate make him immune to all your spells.
Drow Ranger - She is able to silence Lina.
