After 'War Horse' and 'Adventures of Tintin', John Williams scores 'Lincoln'

Steven Spielberg's biopic "Lincoln" is based on Pulitzer Prize winning historian Doris Kearns Goodwin's biography "Team Of Rivals: The Political Genius of Abraham Lincoln".
The film stars Daniel Day-Lewis (Nine) as Abraham Lincoln, Sally Field (The Amazing Spider-Man 3D) as his wife Mary Todd Lincoln, Joseph Gordon-Levitt (The Dark Knight Rises) as their eldest son Robert Todd Lincoln, Gulliver McGrath (Hugo) as their 12-year-old son Tad Lincoln, Tommy Lee Jones (Men in Black III) as Thaddeus Stevens, Jared Harris (Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows) as Ulysses S. Grant and David Oyelowo (Red Tails) as African-American cavalryman.
The plot focusses on the political collision of Lincoln and the powerful men of his cabinet over proposing the Thirteen Amendment to the United States Constitution abolishing slavery and the end of the Civil War.

John Williams is scorer for "Lincoln", his latest colaboration with Spielberg after "War Horse" and "The Adventures of Tintin: Secret of the Unicorn". Stay tuned for trailers and soundtrack details.
