Who is Linda Putthoff?
Linda Putthoff is the owner and director of Plaza Wellspring Yoga in Kansas City.
She is a former dancer, having performed for ten years and directed a dance company for four.
She was certified in Pilates in 2002, and Laughter Yoga in 2008.
