The Linden Method

In 1996, a English man by the name of Charles Lindon who had to live with severe anxiety attacks, extreme panic attacks, and agoraphobia founded the Linden Method. Charles suffered for a long time, through countless therapists and a list of medications, with little or no success. He then made the decision to take matters into his own hands. From interviewing current and former sufferers, a close study of the popular treatments in his time period, and scientific research was born what is called the Linden Method.

The Linden Method program

After a long time of dedicated research with previous sufferers of anxiety, the Linden Method arrived. He took their information and compared it, drawing corollaries from their individual, unique situations. These discoveries then evolved into a course to promote healing. The Linden Method structure was formed from Linden's tests, modifications, repeat testing, and reconfiguring. The Linden Method program believes that every anxiety disorder can be successfully treated by reprogramming the individual by using techniques that Charles Linden came up with. These are based on science and are the chief component of The Linden Method. By finding the root cause of anxiety in the area of the brain that handles it, the Linden Method was created as a structured course. The Linden Method has shown a 96% success rate for the patients who have tried it in the trials.

The Amygdala

His research reveals that Charles absolutely knew what he was talking about. Linden interviewed many prestigious members of the mental health community as well as "clients" in mental health facilities and discovered what triggers these disorders. The process takes the Amygdala and reconditions it to react more naturally, which makes it to decrease its response rate. Overwhelming medical knowledge reveals that the Amygdala is the main factor in every case of panic disorders. The Amygdala is the region in the brain where terrifying memories are stored; reversing changes that it has gone through is the central focus of the Linden Method.

the Linden Method's treatment

Charles Linden goes over in his course that the Linden Method's treatment is actually somewhat simple and does not have an overwhelming number of techniques or exercises. This technique is a convenient way to solve your anxiety or panic disorders that you suffer from, since it adheres to the "one size fits all" principal. Other medical programs often provide too many solutions to the problem, causing confusion. With all the potential cures that are available, confusion may set in; the Linden Method uses only one technique which can be used with great assurance.
