Can you really have plumper lips without an injection or surgery?
I my opinion, you cannot have permanently plumper lips without having had some sort of an injection or lip surgery. I personally would never opt to have a 'filler' product inserted into my lips to make them fuller. But there are times that I do want to achieve the appearance of fuller lips.
I've always been a fan of Angelina Jolie lips; they are the most requested lips of all time for those women who do elect to have cosmetic surgery. Since I will not be a candidate for lip injections or lip cosmetic surgery, I've opted to try a number of lip plumpers that offer a temporary solution to plumper lips. In this lens, I'll present a few.

Lip plumper is a cosmetics product used to make lips appear fuller. In appearance, it ranges from translucent to opaque and tinted. A lip plumper can be formulated to be worn alone as a lip gloss. Sheerer versions can be applied under lipstick.
Lip plumpers are used by those with thinner lips when full, "pouty" lips are desired. These products typically work by irritating the thin, delicate skin of the lips with ingredients like menthol or camphor. This makes the lips swell slightly, which may also diminish the appearance of fine lines in that area. Other perceived benefits include stimulating collagen production and moisturizing. A lip plumper's effects are temporary, so it must be reapplied throughout the day to maintain the results.

This is not a product that gives you bigger lips. If you want "pillow lips," look elsewhere. I've tried some "plumping" products that sting and smart and, yes, do puff up your lips for about six hours. They're not for me.
