I found Lipton to be very bitter. The best I have found is Badia, locally packaged in Miami, or Uncle Lee's Tea. It's hard to get the good Badia teas - they sell out so fast, unless you go to a store in a more Hispanic area.
Alternatively, I love Yerba Mate - tea from Argentina and Paraguay. Very good for you.
