Lisa Marie Presley (born February 1, 1968) is an American singer/songwriter. Lisa Marie attended a variety of schools, mostly boarding schools, a few in Los Angeles County (among them the John Thomas Dye School), and also in Ojai, Ventura County, California.
As Elvis' only child, Lisa Marie eventually inherited his estate at the age of 30. In August 2005, she sold 85 percent of the estate's business holdings to CKX, Inc., excluding Graceland itself and the property within it.

Lisa Marie is a close friend of her father's ex-girlfriend Linda Thompson. In 2003, after advice from Thompson's record producer and then-husband David Foster, she launched a career as a singer. Her debut album, To Whom It May Concern, reached #5 on the Billboard 200 albums chart and was certified gold. To promote it she presented a concert in the UK, something that her father never did. Presley released her second album, Now What, in 2005 and it reached #9 on the Billboard 200. It was certified gold in November 2005. Unlike her first album, Now What included a Parental Advisory sticker. Both albums as of 2007 have been certified Platinum. In August 2007, the single In the Ghetto was released. Elvis Presley originally released the single in 1969. In the new version, Lisa Marie duets with her father. - I liked Lisa Marie ok until I recently read an Oprah interview she did with her mother. The interview was done during Michael's trial. She said he was manipulative, used her and snowed her. She was kicking him while he was down and I think that was inexcusable.
No wonder she was so "gutted" when he died. After all the things she said about him, she is bound to feel some guilt.

- Im 55 yrs old,Iv been watching Elvis Movies or anything i can read about Elvis since i was 7 yrs old.we didnn't have a tv till i was maybe 12,so i'd go spend the night at my very elderly aunt,helped her with dishes and fed her dogs and in a hurry i didn't want to miss one minute of the movie!!!!!!! Today in my first comp (x-mas)gift from my husband ,the first thing i wanted to look for was Elvis hoping to find something new about Elvis. well i did ,it was Lisa singing w/her father and i was in tears for all the time i was on the comp!When he passed on i was living in Hobbs N M.I will never forget that day,i cried all day and like alot of ppl i said he couldn't of died ! That sounded so final forever,so today i cried for his daughter ,grand children and his beloved Cilla,they were so perfect for each other,someday i hope they find each other again and never let go.........Elvis you will live in our Hearts for ever,pray your Happy where ever you are,WE LOVE YOU!!!!!

Presley and her mother were both introduced to the Church of Scientology by John Travolta. For two years prior to her marriage to Michael Jackson, Presley lived near the Scientology Celebrity Center in Clearwater, Florida while taking courses there with her children. She later sold her house in Clearwater to fellow Scientologist Kirstie Alley. Her first husband, Danny Keough, is an avid member of the Church of Scientology. They have raised and home-schooled their children in the religion.In 2002, she and businessman Neil Bush (brother of President George W. Bush) testified together before a hearing of the United States Congress to speak out against medicating children for mental disorders, a practice which is forsworn by the Church of Scientology.
In December 2005, Presley and her mother both appeared at the gala opening of Scientology's controversial "Psychiatry: An Industry of Death" Museum.

Her father, who called her Injun, Yisa, and Buttonhead, named one of his private aircraft, a converted CONVAIR 880 jet (original passenger capacity, 100), after her. The airplane "Lisa Marie" is currently on exhibit at the Graceland mansion museum of Elvis Presley in Memphis, Tennessee. The rock band Queen also used this for a flight, and Lisa gave Queen vocalist, Freddie Mercury, a scarf which belonged to her father.She recently stated, on The Oprah Winfrey Show, that she is 5'2" tall. On the same show, she acknowledged that she had consummated her marriage to Michael Jackson.
She has suffered from depression in the past.
She has a half brother, Navarone Garibaldi (b. 1 March 1987), from her mother's 22-year (ended in April 2006) relationship with Marco Garibaldi.
She attended the 10th grade at an alternative boarding school in Ojai, California, called Happy Valley School.
On her 10th birthday, her mother Priscilla Presley took her to see actor John Travolta, and Lisa had a huge crush on him. Today, they remain friends.
Her mother had medium brown hair, she colored it black and wore a beehive hair. Her father had dirty blond, he colored it black since he was a teenager, and she had blond hair as child.
Father Elvis Presley died when she was 9 years old.
