- Martin Salter's site, which launched November 7, is my top pick. It's excitement and ease of use make it incredibly viral and responsive. It's free, but the upgrade offer is the no-brainer of the year.
- ListDotCom
- Mike Filsaime's ListDotCom is very similar to List Lotto. Both have 20 levels deep of referrals for your downline. It set the standard for these types of sites, and I'm proud to promote it. Pay attention to how you can get a list of 5000 immediately.
- YourLuckyList
- Gary Ambrose's site is also one of my favorites because it's responsiveness. In addition to your own referrals, each week the "lucky matrix" is reshuffled. At different times, I have had 3 extra people and as much as 4300 extra people from that random matrix. The upgrade here is also worth the investment.

You must have the following resources (or their inferior equivalents) in order to build a list.
- Web Hosting Top Recommendation: HostGator
- HostGator is my favorite hosting company to refer because they allow you to have unlimited domains on the same account with plenty of space and bandwidth for the average business builder. Additionally, they use Fantastico and CPanel, which allow for easy installations of forums, blogs, and other List Magnets. Total Cost: $10/month
- Autoresponder Top Recommendation: AWeber
- Your list has to be created first before you can begin to use it. Once you have it, you must be able to communicate automatically and as needed. You can do both with AWeber.
This service provides unlimited messages, lists, broadcasts, follow up messages, etc. Until you surpass unique subscribers, your price does not change. They are the standard in Autoresponders for marketing, and feature completely double opt-in lists.
In addition, it's easy to create your Opt-In Boxes for your websites with their quick Web Form Generator.

- Indeed, this is my own company. However, before you tell me that nobody is bigger and better than GoDaddy, recognize that I am a reseller of GoDaddy, and typically offer domain names for slightly less than what GoDaddy offers.
As a reseller of one of the largest domain registrar's you can be confident in the integrity of your domain name.
I will warn you of one thing though: I do not recommend any of the other services that I offer. I know that sounds funny, but HostGator (mentioned above) is a better value for everything except for domain registration.
