Bodyweight exercises use your own natural body weight to increase strength and improve muscular efficiency. This is a guide in starting bodyweight workouts and routines. You don't even need to go to the gym and lift heavy weights to start bodyweight training. All you need is your own body weight, effort and some creativity in doing the exercises!

    Push-ups, sit-ups, squats, and walking are great exercises to do from home, and walking around your neighborhood.

    I don't usually recommend situps because they hurt your back muscles. Try this or this one instead. They're safer bodyweight exercises :)
