Why do you need a list?

I was going through one of the threads in a forum where a newbie had started it with the title - I want to make millions through online business, can anyone suggest me how?

All sorts of ideas, proposals and comments were posted in response to that with everyone trying to sell their stuff. As I was going through the postings I also started to think on this and finally I am here with my findings.

If you want to make it big on the internet then it is utmost necessary to have your own LIST. A list of active subscribers. You should keep adding new ones and at the same time keep the old ones active. Don't let your list die a slow death.

How the top guns of the internet marketing world are making money? As they have and developed a system to make their lists bigger and bigger so as soon as any new product is launched just a single click and off goes their offer to the thousands and millions in their database and in return dollars start pouring in. Simple!

No need of devouting time and money on advertising, traffic exchanges, safelists, groups, etc. just the LIST does all.
