This author is currently generating a lot of controversy in the States. I haven't read anyhing by him yet but I promise I will publish a comment on my blog as soon as I get the chance to read one of his books. It seems that Brian McLaren is one of the founders of the official "emergent" church. As such, he embraces a post-modern Christianity, with a good interpretation of what being a Christian means but without a clear statement of Christ being the ONLY way to salvation. - CS Lewis Classics

- Una web baptista i molt antiga. De fet, si no fos una web, diria que fa cents d'anys que existeix. Però no, és una web que funciona des del 2004 i es manté actualitzada. La preocupació fonamental de la web és la defensa de les versions de la Bíblia Reina Valera del 1909 i 1960. És a dir, que si una església baptista utilitza una versió més moderna o tenen música que no siguin els himnes tradicionals, no els deixen aparèixer al seu directori d'esglésies. Per tant, i per la quantitat d'articles que hi ha penjats, és un bon lloc per trobar-hi doctrina fonamental de la bona (la de tota la vida) però potser no és tan bo pel que fa a les aplicacions d'aquesta doctrina a la vida quotidiana (els himnes del segle XVIII tampoc no són bíblics!)

- Aquesta és una pàgina MOLT catòlica i lligada al Vaticà (inclou defenses a la veneració d'imatges i la verge). De tota manera, crec que perdent-hi una mica d'estona hi ha articles que estan bé i sobretot tenen una biblioteca on-line força gran on s'hi poden trobar textos clàssics.
- Textos cristianos
- Aquest enllaç l'he posat perquè conté alguns textos de predicadors clàssics que poden interessar a algú. D'altra banda, està dedicat a publicar literatura en contra de tot el que no siguin els Baptistes Units del Sud. A l'apartat de nens hi ha una història per escola dominical on un nen desobeeix i per això s'ofega al riu i se'n va a l'infern. Vaja, que no és un bon lloc per treure material utilitzable, però pot estar bé com a curiositat o per fer alguna consulta concreta
