Glucosamine and Chondroitin

Proven Natural Solutions for Joint Pain Relief

Joint FlexibilityTwo of the best known and powerful natural supplements to relief joint pain are glucosamine and chondroitin. Glucosamine is a substance usually found in high concentrations in and around the joints. When levels are too low, degeneration of the cartilage surrounding the joints can occur. Glucosamine works by stimulating the body's production of protein, which will help in rebuilding the damaged cartilage.

Chondroitin is another building block to alleviate joint pain. It stimulates cartilage cells and works well with glucosamine. It can decrease pain and slow cartilage loss as well. These natural supplements are well known for their joint support properties, and studies have shown these two compounds work better together than alone. They help joints to rebuild and heal.
