Hi, I'm Warren Contreras.
I'm a retired computer consultant that sold my business in Sept, 2000 and started learning to use the Internet as a supplimental income source. I went through all the spending money phases and finally decided to attack the problem seriously to lay out a plan for the little guy (including me) with no experience to get a good start without going broke in the process.
When I found Squidoo it looked like a good tool to organize my experiences, so here I am. You can contact me at Clikaholic (at) gmail (dot) com
My Personal Websites
Marketing Websites for the Little Guy
- Ad Cash Generator
- This is a simple plan you can start free and grow clicking penny ads into hundreds a month in easy income. The secret is to get more people to help you out and I can show you how.
- Yuwie Scam
- I did this website as a test to see if Yuwie really did pay, but since them it climbed the Google search results and helped me get more referrals. You can see on the website what the results were.
- YouTube Videos
- I have a lot of fun making how to videos and putting them up on YouTube. My hobby is finding free money online, so that's what most of them are about.
- Do It Yourself and Keep It Simple
- I have had so much fun making my own websites and learning what I think are the best resources to make it inexpensive without sacrificing quality, that I did this website to pass on what I learned.
Attraction Marketing
How the little guy can have the impact of a Guru
I'm sure if you've been online more than a week, you recognize that there is a pecking order in effect. The higher anyone gets in the leadership ranks, the less they have to offer for others to go into a feeding frenzy. The other interesting effect is that other would be Marketers line up to sell their products and offers online FOR THEM. Some think it's just for the commission they pay, but it's also to attain a higher perceived status in their eyes. The more you sell for them, the more value you have.
That's all great, but how does a little guy get that kind of attention without actually attaining the status?
By LOOKING like you are successful! Remember, to lead anyone, all you need to do is be a few steps in front of them at all times, right? So if you learn a few skills you can then teach others, doesn't that make you a leader, at least in their eyes?
There are two things you get paid for in this world:
1- What you do
2- What you know
So doesn't it stand to reason that by learning as much as you can, it will help you be in a position where you won't have to DO as much to make even more money?
The easy way to accomplish that is by joining together with other like minded Little Guys to form a team. The synergy generated by brainstorming and leveraging off each others talents and skills can form a unit that is much stronger than the sum of it's individual members.
That is the purpose of this lens. To help us ALL learn more so we can unite ourselvs together and rise in that pecking order as a team and in so doing, we all can make more income.
Are you ready?
What do you think?
I'd love to get your feedback, that's how we all grow.

Warren, I can tell you that having worked with many top gurus as their ghostwriter, you are leaps and bounds ahead of the others because you can clearly convey your thoughts to the average Joe. Congratulations on the lens and I'll see you around as we both become gurus! :)
