Connect with Nature
Nature knows not of the troubles of man.
One easy, natural way we can beginn to reconnect with the ease of our being is to go into nature. To walk in nature, to breathe the air, to touch the trees, to watch the birds. You may find it difficult to be with yourself much of the time, and this won't necessarily disappear in nature, but you will notice more space open up within you. You will begin to see things more clearly. Your mind might try to stop you from going into nature, saying it is a waste of time, or boring, but you will always be glad that you did as your perspective changes when you reconnect with nature.
