The ad directed you to Live Nation so, you go to their website, livenation.com, and try to find your tickets. However, you want to see the venue map and where your seats are before you buy tickets, but you don't know how to do that. You can feel your blood pressure rise, you are getting frustrated. Wait, calm down this is easier than it may seem.
It does not matter what artist or band you are looking for this lens will show you how to access, view and use the "Click and Pick Seating Map" feature on Live Nation's website.
You will learn how to access the show your looking for quickly and with ease. Just follow these instructions and you will soon love it when you need to buy concert tickets on Live Nation.
When you buy concert tickets it should not be a painful experience, sadly it can be if you start clicking and clicking trying to figure things out. Not any more!

Live Nation Search Bar
Using search to find artist/show/band
Type the name of the artist, show, or band you want into the search bar. As you type a dropdown list may appear, you can click the show if you see it in the list, finish typing and click the magnifying glass on the right, or finish typing and press enter on your keyboard.

As you are typing in the search bar the list changes. Notice there is a small arrown at the bottom of the drop-down list, this will expand the list if it is availabe.

Sometimes the search results may look like this, but not always. In this example we typed "Tony Bennet" with only one T, and this list resulted, we see the show in the list so, you would simply click on the link. However, if it wasn't showing you would scroll down till you find it. If you can't find your show, first try typing the name in the search bar again, make sure you have the correct name.

Understanding the Search Results
In most cases your search results will show a list of shows for the artist/ban/concert you searched for. The list displays all available shows. From left to right you'll see headings; date, venue, event, tickets. Scroll down until you see the show date and location you want, if you don't see the show date and location you want use the Show More button at the bottom of the list (if you don't see it, all shows are listed).
When you see the show you want click the "Get Info" button

This is the show page with all available information, in the bottom on the lower right you can view the line-up for the show. Since we see the red "Find Tickets" button we can click that; if there are no tickets, the show is cancelled, etc. the find tickets button would be replaced with that information.
For this tutorial, we will go ahead and click the "Find Tickets" button.

How to access Click and Pick Seats
After clicking find tickets you will see this page, here is where you access the "Click and Pick Seating Map" feature.
By default it is set to "select by best available" and you would click the qty. drop-down, then select amount of tickets, then click the add to cart button. Do Not select anything from the list.
Click the "Click and Pick Seat Map" button.

How to launch Click and Pick Seating Map
First, notice the Free Java Download button on the bottom of the screen. If your computer does not have Java installed, you wil need to click this link and follow the instructions to install Java before using Click and Pick.
Click the "Launch Click and Pick Seating Map" button.

This page requires you to type in the funny words, if you cannot read the words click the "pass try another" button and new words will populate. Type in the words exactly as you see them, capitals, spaces, etc., and then click "Submit"

Click the seats you want, then in the lower left click add to cart and proceed to check out.
