Live Lobster From FineLobster.com!

I started dinner and got some water on the stove. I boiled a large stock pot full of water for the live lobster, a smaller pot to steam vegetables, and did a few other things to go with everything. I'd also prepared some whipped butter for dipping and a little melted butter sauce on the side for pouring. Some sea salt to top it off and the lobster feast was ready to commence. Fresh lobster ole!

First, the live lobsters into the steam. I didn't know that lobsters are green until you cook them--the color change tells you that your fresh lobster is now lobster meat cooked just right. It doesn't take too long to cook them either.

The table was already set out, so once everything was ready, we put it together on the table and sat down to our fresh lobster, vegetables, rolls, and wine. A real lobster feast of fresh lobster is the best you can have, bar none.

The fresh lobster and whipped butter was delicious. There is truly nothing better for dinner than lobster meat, especially when it's fresh, live lobster you've cooked yourself right after it came out of the ocean.

Our lobster feast was so great that we've decided that we are either going to have to set up a regular shipment with FineLobster or we're going to have to move to Maine. Unless you experience this all the time, which we don't, it gets no finer than live lobster, cooked fresh, into tender, succulent, excellent lobster meat.

In fact, all this talking about it has made me want more. I'm going to go order right now.
