29th Annual Harvest Wine Celebration in the Livermore Valley Wine Country (2010)
Ranked #6,834 in Food & Cooking, #117,241 overall
Sunday, September 5 and Monday, September 6

The 29th Annual Harvest Wine Celebration will be held over Labor Day Weekend 2010. This popular two-day event is the primary fundraiser for the Livermore Valley Winegrowers Association and offers an opportunity for wine enthusiasts and friends to share the beauty of the Livermore Valley. This year more than 40 Livermore Valley wineries will be sharing their wines and hospitality. Each participating winery will be offering at least two varietals of their finest wines. In addition, the fun-filled weekend will feature music, art, and food from local artists and vendors. Complimentary shuttle buses will run on Sunday only. There will be 4 different bus routes, each stopping at 8 to 10 wineries. Shuttle buses will drop guests off at the road in front of each winery, so wear comfortable shoes and be prepared to walk up to 300 feet to a few of the winery tasting room locations. During the 2010 Annual Harvest Wine Celebration wineries will be open to ticket-holders only. Please consider leaving the kids at home ... the Livermore Annual Harvest Wine Celebration is an adult event. For liability and safety reasons, pets are not allowed.
