30th Annual Harvest Wine Celebration in the Livermore Valley Wine Country (2011)

Sunday, September 4 and Monday, September 5

The 30th Annual Harvest Wine Celebration will be held over Labor Day Weekend 2011. This popular two-day event is the primary fundraiser for the Livermore Valley Winegrowers Association, a non-profit organization that supports wineries and growers in the Livermore Valley American Viticultural Area. More than 40 Livermore Valley wineries will be offering at least two varietals of their finest wines. The fun-filled weekend will feature music, art, and food from local artists and vendors. During the 2011 Annual Harvest Wine Celebration paticipating wineries will be open to ticket-holders only. Complimentary shuttle buses will run on Sunday only. There will be 4 different bus routes, each stopping at 8 to 10 wineries. Shuttle buses will drop guests off at the road in front of each winery, so do wear comfortable shoes and be prepared to walk up to 300 feet to some of the tasting room locations. The Livermore Annual Harvest Wine Celebration is an adult event, and animals are not allowed for safety reasons. Please leave the kids and pets at home!
