Livermore Valley Wine Country Photos on Flickr
Located about an hour east of San Francisco, the Livermore Valley is home to 5,000 acres of vineyards, rich with grapevines and surrounded by picturesque canyons. The Livermore Valley Winegrowers Association is proud to share the outstanding wines and warm hospitality of the Livermore Valley. On any given day, at least a few wineries are open to wine tasters and picnicing guests. Weekend are particularly busy, and festivals draw even larger crowds.
The photos in this gallery show a little of everything. Click on any photo for a larger version with notes and comments by the photographer. If you can't make it to the Livermore Valley in person, you'll get a feel for what the area has to offer. And if you do visit sometime, please add your own photos to the gallery.
