How to have a smooth, hassle free life
Some people worry too much and some worry to less and then find themselves in a position that they have never faced before. In this lens I hope to show you how to enjoy life more and forgot about the downs. Take everyday as a new start and not a constant worry.
Life is a roller-coaster but when you head downwards you'll always heading back up sometime and here's how to make it sooner than you might have expected.
Getting a job to suit you
Whether your in school, college or in full time work you should be doing something that you enjoy. So many people have jobs that they really aren't that interested in. Do you wake up everyday thinking "Oh God another day at work". Well you shouldn't!
Having a enjoyable job rests on a few factors:
- Money: More money is proven to make people happier
- Work Colleagues: People you work with could make your job heaven or hell
- What kind of job: Do you actually enjoy what you do?
- Hours: Working too many hours can be stressful
If you wish you was working somewhere else with someone else then what's stopping you! Look at courses you can take in colleges. There are a lot of courses now set up especially for older people who want to get new qualifications.
If you already have the qualifications you need then get onto the internet and start job searching!!! Join job searching sites like www.monster.co.uk, www.jobsite.co.uk, www.jobs24.co.uk, www.totaljobs.com
If your still in education try to pick subjects that you enjoy and do your best at them. The better grades you get the better chance you have of getting where you want to be. I know that probably sounds like something your mum would say but its true. Employees are looking for hard workers with good grades and good experience.
Sometimes you won't be able to jump straight into the job you want. For example if you want to work for Sony you'll probably going to have a good job history behind you to back up your application so working your way up to a bigger, better paid job is sometimes necessary.
There's a job out there for everyone and with the right balance you should be able to find a job perfect for you. I know people who have gone from dinner lady to receptionist and builder to owning his own restaurant. Nothing is impossible!
Keep on top of bills
A bill organizer will help you keep on top of all the bills you have coming. Jot down your bills before they come and save up until you have enough to pay once you have enough to pay off the bill keep the money aside until the bill comes.
You could even set up a separate bank account to handle all of your bills. Add a bit of money now and then and you won't have to worry. You can then use your main bank account for whatever you want.
Take a break

No matter how little or how much you work it's always good to put your feet up and have a rest.
Breaks are very important, whether if it's just sat in front of the TV watching your favourite program or going somewhere exotic for a week or two breaks allow your body to rest from your busy schedule.
If you don't have a rest once in a while you could become stressed and even lose contact with friends or family. Book a holiday, put your feet up, just do something for you.
Escaping away from reality is a brilliant way just to relax and have a good time. The only problem is you will probably never want to go back but hopefully you'll have a job you enjoy with people you get on with so it shouldn't be that bad.
Go out with your friends
Of course you can meet up with friends any time as long as they're free. Go out for a game of bowling, watch a movie in the cinema or just go out to the beach or park for a game of football or tennis. You can even just invite them round yours for a movie night or a girly night in.
Get a hobby
Have you got a hobby? Hobbies allow us to relax while doing something we enjoy.Whether it's going to the gym, playing snooker or even playing computer games you should find a hobby that suits you. Your local leisure centre will probably hold get togethers every week for sporty things, your local pub may have a snooker team there are even gaming tournaments around the world.
If you don't want to go alone get some friends to go with you even if they don't decide to carry it on the chances are that you've probably made a few friends there already.
Hobbies are something that everyone should have. It keeps us entertained and it acts as a little break from everything else. There's so much out there to do you probably just haven't looked hard enough.
Try something new

There are a lot of experiences out there now. You can go Go Karting, drive a sport car, fly a aeroplane, go on a chocolate tasting day, go sky diving, bungee jumping, do I need to go on???
Trying something new once in a while makes your life that much more fun. There are some great experiences that you can now try out and these really do create some great memories. Go with friends or family and push yourself to your limit. There's nothing that feels quite like it when you've done something you've never done before.
Here are some sites you can have a look at and buy your first experience:
Music
Music believe it or not has the power to change our moods. Listen to happy upbeat music and your more likely going to be happy. Music plays a big part in movies because it has the power to make us feel worried, happy and sad.A lot of people play music to relate to their situation or mood but this is where they go wrong! If you've just been dumped by your girlfriend the last thing you want to be listening to is something "I don't want to miss a thing" by Aerosmith.
If you sad you want to listen to upbeat, happy music with lyrics that you can sing along to. By singing along you've got your mind on that rather than thinking about things that are just going to make you sad again.
Music is can be used to escape from reality. People who do sports listen to music because it motivates them and takes there mind of their physical factors making them last longer on the treadmill etc.
