Have you tried cooking with almond meal?

I have just started eating low carb. So far I really enjoy it. Thanks for the lens Great advice. no but I will Yes. I've been experimentally cooking with almond meal, coconut flour, flax seed meal, and soy flour. I love baking with it because you can be more creative with it than white/wheat flour. My favorite so far I've made is pumpkin biscuits. So moist and yummy. Great recipes. I can't wait to try them. Blessed It is not 100% conclusive but I have read that grinding up almonds makes them carby.
