You Are A Living Magnet

There are two types of laws in the universe:

1. Man made laws, and
2. Natural Laws

If you violate man made laws, you may or may not get caught.
If you violate Natural Laws, you will always get caught, there is no exception.

Natural Laws can be divided into two categories:

1. Physical
2. Mental

Physical laws can be proven by experiment.
Mental laws can only be proven by experience and intuition and by demonstrating their effectiveness in your life.

Mental laws are like physical laws in that they are also enforced 100% of the time. Mental laws, although their physical effects cannot be seen so easily all of the time, such as gravity everywhere in the world, also work 100% of the time.

Whenever your life is going great, it usually means that your thoughts and activities are aligned and in harmony with these invisible mental laws. Whenever you are having problems in your life, it is almost always because you have violated one or more of these mental laws, whether you know about them or not.

You can always tell if you have violated mental laws by the results you get, either positive or negative.

One of these mental laws is the "Law of Attraction". You are a living magnet and inevitably attract into your life, people, and situations in harmony with your dominant thoughts. Your entire world is of your own making. The more emotion you apply to a thought, the more rapidly you attract people or situations in harmony with that thought into your life.

The book, The Secret, has been around for quite a long time and has changed millions of lives across the world. If you have read The Secret, you know that "the secret" is just another word for the Law Of Attraction. A Very powerful law that allows everyone to be, do or have anything they want.

The Law of Attraction is neutral. It can help you or hinder you. Sometimes it is considered a subset of the Law of Cause and Effect. Sow a thought and you reap an act. Sow and act and you reap a habit. Reap a habit and you sow a character. Sow a character and you reap a destiny.

You can change the person you are. You can change your dominant thoughts by exercising rigorous self-discipline and self-control and by keeping your thoughts on what you do want, and off of what you do not want.

The universe consists of positive as well as negative energies that surround each and every individual living on the Earth. By thinking positively, an individual himself or herself puts the positive energy on the task. At the same time, a negative thought can provoke the negative energy in the universe. So, the conclusion is that whatever an individual wishes in his or her life, the universe immediately starts working in that direction.

Consider the following example. An individual makes a wish that he or she want to buy a new home. As soon as this wish is made, the forces of universe start building the favorable environment to get the wish granted. However, at the second thought, the individual thinks that he or she might not be able to afford it. This instantaneously reverses the gear and bridges the gap between the individual and his wish. So, the rules of attraction immediately fail and the reason lies in the thought process of the individual.

Most of the time, you will find experts that criticize the attraction law as nothing more than hype. However, there are some experts who can establish the essence of this law in improving one's life.

Most people, sometime in their life, come to the realization that there is something missing. That there must be something more to life that the life they are living today. You Get What You Believe In

type=textImagine starting to believe in yourself and your infinite possibilities. Imagine believing you deserve everything you want out of life. Imagine getting everything you want out of life.

If you couple the Law of Attraction with the attitude of taking simple, effective action then you've got yourself the ingredients for anything you'd ever want in life.

When applying the Law of Attraction to yourself, tell yourself the following:

"I attract to myself, whatever I give my focus, attention, or energy to; whether wanted or unwanted."

If you think about being broke, poor, lonely and believe your thoughts, then guess what? That is exactly what you'll be. This Law applies to your life and every other person's life on the planet. Like all laws, it is impartial and impersonal, which means it works when you want it to and when you don't want it to.

The Seven Mental Laws

type=textThe Law of Attraction is only one of the seven mental laws. The following is a summary of these seven basic laws.

The Law of Control

The law of control simply says you feel positive about yourself to the degree to which you feel you are in control of your own life, and, you feel negative about yourself to the degree to which you feel you are not in control, or that you are controlled by some external force, person or influence.

The Law of Cause and Effect

For every effect in your life, there is a cause. Everything happens for a reason, by law, whether or not we know what it is. There are no accidents.

The Law of Belief

Whatever you believe with feeling or emotion becomes your reality. The more intense you believe something to be true, the more likely it is that it will be true for you.

The Law of Expectation

Whatever you expect, with confidence, becomes your own self-fulfilling prophecy. What you get is not necessarily what you want in life, but what you expect.

The Law of Attraction

You are a living magnet and inevitably attract into your life, people, and situations in harmony with your dominant thoughts.

The Law of Correspondence

As within, so without. Your outer world is a reflection of you inner world. You can tell what is going on inside of you by looking at what is going on around of you.

The Law of Mental Equivalency

Thoughts objectify themselves. Your thoughts, vividly imagined and repeated, charged with emotion, become your reality.

The Law of Belief

type=textPerhaps the most powerful single factor in your financial success is your beliefs about yourself and money. We call this the Law of Belief. It says simply this: Whatever you believe, with feeling, becomes your reality. Brian Tracy summarized this nicely.

Whatever you intensely believe becomes your reality. That we have a tendency to block out any information coming in to us that is inconsistent with our reality. What we've discovered is that successful people absolutely believe that they have the ability to succeed. And they will not entertain, think about, or talk about the possibilities that they'll fail. They do not even consider the possibility of failure.

You always act in a matter consistent with your beliefs. The most important belief system you can build is a prosperity consciousness where you absolutely believe that you are going achieve your financial goals. We call this positive knowing versus positive thinking. Positive thinking can sometimes be wishing or hoping. But positive knowing is when you absolutely know that no matter what, you will be successful.

Another principle related to your beliefs is willpower. We know that willpower is essential to any success. Willpower is based on confidence. It's based on conviction. It's based on faith. It's based on your belief in your ability to triumph over all obstacles. And you can develop willpower by persistence, by working on your goals, by reading the biographies of successful people, by listening to audio programs, by reading books about people who've achieved success. The more information you take into your mind consistent with success, the more likely it is that you will develop the willpower to push you through the obstacles and difficulties you will experience.

Remember that success is rare. Only one person in one hundred becomes wealthy in the course of a lifetime. Only five percent achieve financial independence. That means that the odds against you are 19-to-1. The only way that you're going to achieve your financial goals is if you get really serious. To succeed, you must get serious. You must get busy. You must get active. You must get going. Remember, everything counts.

Self-mastery, self-control, self-discipline are essential for anyone who wants to achieve greatly. And control over your thoughts is the hardest exercise in self-mastery that you will ever engage in. See if you can talk and think about only what you desire and not talk or think about anything that you don't want for 24 hours. Then you'll see what you're really made of. It's a hard thing to do but with practice, you can reach the point where you are thinking about your goals and desires most of the time. Then, your whole life will change for the better.

Here are two things you can do to build a belief system consistent with the financial success you desire:

1. First, continually repeat to yourself the words, pictures and thoughts consistent with your dreams and goals. Whatever you repeat often enough, over and over, becomes a new belief.

2. Second, set a goal for yourself to think and talk only about the things that you want for the next 24 hours. This will be one of the hardest things you ever do. But if you can keep your mind on what you want and off of what you don't want for 24 hours, you can begin to change your entire future.

You Are What You Think

type=textBrian Tracy, a motivational speaker, stated that you become what you think about most of the time. And the most important part of each day is what you think about at the beginning of that day.

You should take 30 minutes each morning to sit quietly and to reflect on your goals. You'll find when you read the biographies and autobiographies of successful men and women that almost everyone of them began their upward trajectory to success when they begin getting up early in the morning and spending time with themselves.

This is called the Golden Hour. The first hour sets the tone for the day. The things that you do in the first hour prepare your mind and set you up for the entire day. During the first thirty to sixty minutes, take time to think and review your plans for the future.

Here are four things that you can do during that quiet time in the morning.

1. Review your plans for accomplishing your goals and change your plans if necessary.
2. Think of better ways to accomplish your goals. As an exercise, assume that the way you're going about it is totally wrong and imagine going about it totally differently. What would you do different from what you're doing right now?
3. Reflect on the valuable lessons that you have learned and are learning as you move toward your goals.
4. Calmly visualize your goal as a reality. Close your eyes, relax, smile, and see your goal as though it were already a reality. Rewrite your major goals everyday in the present tense. Rewrite them as though they already existed. Write "I earn X dollars." "I have a net worth of X." "I weigh a certain number of pounds." This exercise of writing and rewriting your goals everyday is one of the most powerful you will ever learn.

Your life will start to take off at such a speed that you'll have to put on your seatbelt. Remember, the starting point for achieving financial success is the development of an attitude of unshakable confidence in yourself and in your ability to reach your goals. Everything we've talked about is a way of building up and developing your belief system until you finally reach the point where you are absolutely convinced that nothing can stop you from achieving what you set out to achieve.

No one starts out with this kind of an attitude, but you can develop it using the law of accumulation. Everything counts. No efforts are ever lost. Every extraordinary accomplishment in the result of thousands of ordinary accomplishments that no one recognizes or appreciates. The greatest challenge of all is for you to concentrate your thinking single-mindedly on your goal and by the law of attraction, you will, you must inevitably draw into your life the people, circumstances and opportunities you need to achieve your goals.

Once you've mastered yourself and your thinking, you will become a living magnet for ideas and opportunities to become wealthy. It's worked for every successful person. It will work for you if you'll begin today, now, this very minute, to think and talk about your dreams and goals as though they were already a reality. When you change your thinking, you will change your life. You will put yourself firmly on the road to financial independence.

Here are two things you can do every single day to keep your mind focused on your financial goals:

First, get up every morning a little bit earlier and plan your day in advance. Take some time to think about your goals and how you can best achieve them. This sets the tone for the whole day.

Second, reflect on the valuable lessons you are learning each day as you work toward your goals. Be prepared to correct your course and adjust your actions. Be absolutely convinced that you are moving rapidly toward your goals, no matter what happens temporarily on the outside. Just hang in there!

Make Progress, Not Perfection

type=textWhen striving to reach your goals, try to make progress, not perfection. Goals may sometimes take a little longer than expected, but you can keep your goal and simply change the time frame. Sometimes it may not be possible to achieve your goal completely, that is perfection, but you may obtain the best of the situation, that is progress.

What does progress, not perfection mean?

It means getting started sloppily is better than not getting started perfectly. Sloppy success is better monetizable than perfect mediocrity.

Do you know how to have a lot of big ideas? Have a lot more bad ideas. The more bad ideas you have, you'll have great and big ideas. In fact, a great way to have a lot of big ideas is to have a lot more little ideas, so getting started means progress.

Ordinary things consistently done, produce extraordinary results. This can be taken as the definition of what it means, progress not perfection. Ordinary things, like little ideas, if they are done consistently, get an extraordinary idea. They may not be sexy, or make you famous, but if you put them together, they will make you famous.

Edward Deming stated: "I plan, I act, and I study the results". That is like problem - action -result.
He plans, so he is doing progress. He acts, he is doing progress. He's studying, so he is doing progress. He is not waiting for the perfect moment.

Buckminster Fuller used to "Test, Fail, and Learn". That was his three step process. Failure was inherent to his process.
Test something that is making progress, it's not perfection.
Fail, that's not perfection, that's progress.
Learn, that's where the perfection comes in.

You can die striving for perfection, but you can live having progress.

When you set your goals, you can think of goal - action - result. While proceeding to your goal, try to learn why you may not be achieving it and make changes as required. Make progress, not perfection.

Using the Law of Reversibility to Set Goals and Find Solutions

type=textThe Law of Reversibility is an important law to understand when using the Law of Attraction. Without a working knowledge of this Law, your results when using the Law of Attraction are likely to be marginal, at best.

The Law of Reversibility states that you are more likely to act yourself into feeling than you are to feel yourself into acting. On many days, you wake up feeling not as positive and optimistic as you would like. However, if you act as if you already have the feeling that you desire, the action itself will trigger the feelings and the thoughts and mental pictures consistent with them.

"If you can arouse within yourself, the emotion that you would experience upon the accomplishment of a goal, or the solution to a problem, and you can hold that emotion, the feeling will actually create in your outer world the result that goes with it, the result that would trigger the emotion if the result actually occurred."

If you can obtain a certain object or situation, you can get the feeling of having it. Getting a car can make you feel mobile, and finding someone who cares about you can make you feel lovable. What most people don't realize is: if you can get the feeling you want the thing or situation to bring you, the feeling will attract the thing. So rather than sweating to get the car or lover, cultivate a sense of mobility and lovability, and the object of your quest is likely to follow.

That's why you have to feel prosperous before you can get rich. When Ted Turner donated a billion dollars to the United Nations, he declared, "The world is awash with money." "Easy for him to say," you might scoff, "he has billions of dollars." But does Turner know the world is awash with money because he has billions of dollars, or does he have billions because he knows the world is awash with money? The latter is the case.

If you knew exactly how you would feel if you were to realize your dream or objective, and could replicate that feeling mentally, physically, and psychologically (controlling your state of mind), then the Law of Reversibility would automatically cause your objective to be realized. Make sense?

You can use the following 5 steps to apply the Law of Reversibility:

Step 1: Verbalize and affirm your desired outcome

If you are having a problem with someone, say calmly and confidently to yourself:
"This situation is resolved happily with good for all concerned"

Step 2: Visualize and clearly see the outcome you desire in this Situation

See yourself and everyone else, in your mind's eye, happy and completely at peace with the outcome.

Step 3: Emotionalize your combined affirmation and visualization by creating the feeling that you have actually experienced when everything is resolved happily.

Step 4: Release the situation from your mind with complete faith.

This is the trigger in the process. Let it go, just as you would, if someone you had complete confidence in, said that he or she would take care of it and for you not to worry about it again.

Step 5: Realization or the appearance in your outer world of the solution

The realization are manifestation of your desire, happens in direct proportion to the degree in which you have completely released all concerns to the outcome, and turned your mind to other things.
"According to your faith, it is done onto you"

Instead of just making a wish and concentrating on your desired outcome, you need to assume the feeling of your dream fulfilled, and then continue to practice experiencing that feeling until that which you FEEL becomes your reality. Remember this law when applying the Law of Attraction.
