Toronto is a great city to visit. In fact, I first saw it on my
honeymoon in 1998. Years later, my husband got a job here and we
were able to live here. I was thrilled.
It's hard to get
adjusted in a new city, and I had to stay behind in California to sell
our house. So I did a lot of online research before getting
there, which helped me to get aquainted with my new city before I could
spend a lot of time there. In this lens I'll share with you the
resources that helped me both in relocating and living here.

- Toronto Public Library
- Toronto has an awesome library system. You can search for books and request them to be sent to your local branch of the library. There's also a lot of programs for kids, some classes, author readings. I've found the librarians really nice and helpful too.

- Toronto Brunch Restaurant Reviews
- It's not just brunch, now includes all meals. Restaurant reviews by Mark, Aaron, and Wendy, who seem to be just three people who like to eat at restaurants and review them. It's my favourite restaurant review page because they review the kind of restaurants I eat at, mostly inexpensive-moderate places with charecter. It's kind of like getting the lowdown on a restaurant from a friend as opposed to a more formal professional review.
