Living a perfect life - effortlessly

It's all about the attitude towards life that makes it perfect or not. After spending years of basking in the imperfect side of life, I've decided to practice living a perfect life. It's a lot more fun and I find that it attracts a lot of positive circumstances and opportunities.

Be what you Do

practice being totally focused on what you are doing

Effortless steps to live a perfect life.
  • Breath deeply in and out through your nose. In particular, focus on exhaling very deeply until all the air is out. Then without hesitation, take an easy breath in. This is the beginning of living.
  • Choose one thing to focus on, right now. Keep it simple (for example, the shadow the sun is making on the street outside your window, the sound of the washing machine, the hum of the traffic downstairs). Stay with the sound or visual for as long as you can while maintaining Bullet #1 suggestion of breathing. This is the practice of concentrated focus.
  • Write, record, take notes, etc. to remember your experience. Repeat once a day.

Ways of being

embracing the moment that is in front of you

The focus and concentration exercises you practice will serve you in developing a sense of living in the present moment of your life. This will help you from being pulled down into the depths of unnecessary drama and small talk that can permeate your life via the media, negative interactions with others, or lifeless thoughts.
Just remember, that a steady practice will yield a 'goal' if you consistently and regularly practice it.

It takes life force to sustain a regular and consistent practice.
And that's where looking at what you feed yourself (food and thoughts) for instance, can help you either have more of life force or drain you of life force.

It's a choice. Your freedom to choice.

So, what do you choose?
