Living Things: Brothers That Create Rock Music With a Political Message

Meet Living Things. Living Things is a rock, punk band made up of three brothers ( Lillian, Eve, and Bosh Berlin) and their friend (Cory Becker). Based in St. Lousi Missouri, they bring lyrics that politically charged. Lyrics were written by brother Lillian Berlin. Why I Created This Lens About Living Things
The first time I saw and heard The Jonas Brothers several years ago, I said they were going to be huge. I just knew. I said the same thing the first time I heard Senator Obama address the DNC at John Kerry's Democratic Nomination! He's now the President Elect...
Our Jonas Brothers Story
When the Jonas Brothers were just starting out, they sent my daughter a message on myspace. I told her they were going to be at the Grammys soon. I started taking her to their concerts in the NY/NJ tristate area and met them many, many times. I told THEM they were going to be huge. Look at them now.
When I received a twitter DM from Living Things and listened to their single, I knew. Couldn't pass up the opportunity to be one of the first to create a little place on the internet for them and their music.
Hey guys! I hope that you'll send me and my teens some tickets to your concerts in the NY.
I'll be waiting!

These are songs from their debut album Ahead of the Lions released in Oct. 2005. . Their "Bom, Bom Bom" song might sound a little familiar. It was featured in a Cingular commercial promoting an iTunes-compatible phone.
