Living Thinner Is A Lifestyle, Not a Diet Plan
I've been a personal development coach for more than 15 years. My work has focused on individuals and groups who wanted to learn self hypnosis for personal growth and other life issues.
Weight loss or smoke cessation were the most requested sessions, but weight loss consumed 95% of my calendar.
My good success with weight loss clients is credited to the fact that I started my practice as a hypnotherapist.
This prepared me with knowledge about the mind and how it works to impact our decisions. Most individuals lives are not on the path they really want to travel.
My observations indicate this is because they negtively program themselves daily through a variety of sources.
This results in their mind virtually controling their lives...in subtle ways that are not easy to recognize until the negative results are deeply imprinted.
Later I'll reveal some of the most aggressive programing that leads millions into obesity.
When I apply the behavior modification part of my systems to my client's goals they see results that make them feel different. My goal in this lens is to share what I and my clients have learned about living thinner.
The process and exercises you will learn through these pages leads to results that automatically repeat. These are mental exercises that lead to behavioral imprints. In most cases the results are obvious well within 90 days.
After that living thinner is a "normal" way of living your life. There's no calorie counting, buying pre-prepared meals, strenuous physical exercises or other stress producing impacts that occur when you are compelled to maintain a total focus on trying to lose weight.
This may sound strange at this point, however, the reasons are simple once you learn more about the steps that are involved.

Excellent Lens In my opinion and I really enjoyed the Living thinner is a life plan not a diet. I'm a hypnotist myself and teach my clients diets are never the way to go.
