Intro about me

My motto is "Peace and justice, food and shelter for all!" I love blogging. I use Blogger.com. My blogs since 2007 have been about disseminating pet rescue alerts plus wildlife & habitat messages, and fundraising for these causes. Recently I started and really enjoy blogging Zazzle.com items at www.lizardmarshzazzle.blogspot.com. My wall on Facebook shows calls to action regarding urgent animal alerts, fundraising requests for animal rescue and medical expenses, announcements of such things as auctions and shopping for benefit of pet rescue, and alerts and commentary regarding advocacy for the environment. I also post great Zazzle gifts and accessories. I really like NetworkedBlogs and recommend it as a handy application.

About my companion Scooter

ScooterThe dog is Scooter. She and her brother were rescued from a Los Angeles shelter, barely escaping euthanasia. I fostered them in Bellingham WA in 2006 and placed them with great adopters. Scooter came back to me after her adopter passed away in 2008 and we decided we wanted to be together permanently.

About my companion Pearl

PearlPearl barely escaped euthanasia at the Bellingham WA shelter from where I adopted her in 2005 when she was 9. Pearl is fantastic. She is loyal, assertive, dignified, intellectual, copasetic, and friendly. She is reasonable and does not understand unreasonable things. So wise.
