How Forgiveness Helps You Manifest More Quickly And Easily

For some time I attempted to use the Law of Attraciton to manifest the things I wanted in my life, but I had minimal success. I couldn't figure out what was happening and one day I realized that I needed to elevate my vibes to a higher level.

With much contemplation I finally realized that what I needed to do was to get rid of the garbage I was carrying around from the past, forgive what had happened back then and get on with my life.

What a difference it made when I was able to do this. My ability to manifest improved exponentially and I began to feel so much better as well.

I'd like to share some of the ideas and thoughts that were helpful for me here.

Let Go of the Past and Manifest Greatness

Science has shown that everything is vibrating energy and that includes us. The more negative our vibes, the more difficult it is to manifest using the Law of Attraction. Conversely, the higher our vibrations, the easier it is to manifest.

When I finally figured that out it became abundantly clear that I needed to get rid of all the stuff I was carrying around from the past and raise my vibes. With much trial and error I finally found the way to do this and it has made all the difference in the world.

I'd like to take a minute and tell you what forgiveness is not. It's not:
-condoning unkindness
-forgetting that something painful happened
-excusing poor behavior
-denying or minimizing your hurt
-reconciling with the offerder if that's not appropriate
-giving up having feelings

Here's what forgiveness is:
-realizing it's for you, not the offender
-taking responsibility for how you feel
-realizing it's about your healing and not about the person who hurt you
-helping you get control over your feelings
-a tool to help you improve your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being
-knowing it is a choice

With these concepts to guide you, it's much easier to make the decision to forgive...not for the offender but for you. I invite you to do so.

Forgiveness is for yourself

Forgiveness is a Process

It's a marathon, not a sprint

Forgiveness doesn't happen overnight. When you make the decision to forgive, you will probably have to revisit this choice many times. When you decide to forgive that's just the first step.

You'll go along with your life and think all is well. Then one day something will trigger the realization that you are still carrying some anger about the issue you have forgiven. Guess what? You get to decide again that you will forgive. You do so and in a few weeks or months the same issue arises again. You then go through the same process all over again.

This will probably happen several times. Don't worry, it's normal. What you will find, however, is that each time you go through the process your emotions are less intense. Finally, the day will come when you can recognize that you're thinking of the issue and just move on.

Don't get discouraged if the process takes a while. This is normal. Simply continue to move through the process and you'll find your energy being restored and your vibes being lighter.

I'm often "on the fence" as far as LOA is concerned, but I can wholeheartedly agree that forgiveness is vital, and is for yourself more than the person being forgiven. I liked that you pointed out that forgiveness isn't accomplished overnight, but is an ongoing process of personal growth. If we were still doing stars on Squidoo, I'd be giving you 5. Thumbs up, and I'm going to see if I have any lenses I can lensroll this to. Good job!

    I agree,

    This is really great information.
Forgiveness puts as in a vibe to receive all that the universe has to offer.
Holding anger against someone cause major effects on your health and looks.
Never hold anything against anyone, always forgive and you will be set free.
    Thanks
