We did London with our boys when they were younger. I do not recommend staying with family if it means you will be far, far away from the sites you want to visit. It seemed like we spent more time in the heat travelling each day than we did touring!

Your lens looks great and should be a help to anyone travelling to London. I wish it were me!

Very informative info on London. Job well done. Informed travel is the best travel.

My tip is for families in the USA/Canada to own your own online travel website and travel like the Insiders.

Outside the USA book on a travel website that can give more value to the consumer when they don't pay high advertising costs. Follow my link for info.

Hello. The above is a most useful and entertaining article. Great idea to locate convenient supermarkets and places of interest.
It helps to encourage childrento to be creative and encourage fun and culture simultaneously.Travel and Accommodation ideas were good for economic reasons, leaving more cash for the occasional splash out. Glad to see the traditional picnic being supported, no funny tummies then !
The photographs are great, especially child imitating the fountains Spurt !
    Well done

"when a man is tired of London, he is tired of life" . A wonderful city and a great way to enjoy it without breaking the bank. My tip for accommodation - try www.roomsnet.com - very reasonable prices and most hotels are walking distance from major attractions which saves on taxi/travel fares.
