Yes - this is the Squidoo Lens of the UK's top kettlebell trainers, we're here to share a few tricks of the trade, tell you how you can use kettlebells to look good on the beach (especially important here in the UK as we need to compress eleven months of posing into the three weeks we call summer) and how to use kettlebells to get much better at your chosen sport.

The basics of kettlebells
Swing, C&J and snatch your way to strength and fitness
Kettlebell training has been around for years in some way, shape or form. Forget the "Russian" hype - the Scots trained with Pict Pots, the Chinese trained with stone locks and so on. What is true today is that the Russians have evolved kettlebell sport training to form one of the toughest, most gruelling and effective forms of physical training.
The basic drills, the swing, the C&J and the snatch form the basis of all kettlebell work. The ballistic nature of the exercises works the entire body and fast twitch muscle fibres, something the standard gym workout tends to neglect.
