Goshen is home to some of the newest executive style living as well as some of the states most well know farms. It is a great combination of beautiful scenic views, the Ohio river at its backdoor, as well as larger city amenities a short drive away.

Goshen is in Oldham County and benefits like Crestwood, Buckner, Prospect, Pewee Valley and LaGrange from the Award Winning school system.

Longwood is one of the Newest Developments in Goshen and is in a great location with executive style homes and wonderful community ameneties.

Longwood homes range in age from new construction to about 5 years old. Prices range from $500,000 up to $700,000. When I first created this page the ranges were about $100,000 higher, you can find great deals in this market on homes in Longwood. Talked with a bulder in Longwood recently and he said you could not build the houses that are for sale at some of the list prices. You will find great floor plans, basements and some with walkout lots. Finishes include hardwood floors, granite countertops and everything one would expect in wonderful homes.

Along with the fine executive style homes in Longwood it also has many amenities to offer as well. Longwood has a community pool, clubhouse, tennis courts and an active community.

Schools Are Right Across the Street

Since the wind storms that caused school to be out for an entire week, the Oldham County Board of Education has decided to take away a teacher pd day and have the students at school this coming Friday 9/26/08.

There are several award winning schools in Oldham County and Goshen in not without its fair share.

Goshen is home to the North Oldham Campus. Here yu will find Harmony Elementary, North Oldham Middle School and North Oldham High School all on the same site.

And the North Oldham Campus is literally right across the street from Longwood.
