Facial exercise that fade away the years

How would you like to perform simple facial exercises in order to look younger? Keep reading and you'll find out how......

EVERYONE dreads thinking and saying the word wrinkles. This is because wrinkles make you look older than you really are. Lucikily, you can perform easy facial exercises, for free, in just minutes at a time. Facial exercises aid in the process of getting rid of wrinkles and fine lines along with giving you a more youthful appearance. Keep those you know fascinated at how young you look and those who don't know you guessing your actual age. Even if there are already visible wrinkes, it's not too late to tighten and firm your skin. You will see noticeable results just with a few facial exercises. It's recommended to do them one time a day if possible. The least amount recommended is three times a week. The greatest thing about facial exercises is that you can do them no matter where you are. You can do them driving on the way to work, while watching TV, even while sitting at your own desk at work.

FACIAL EXERCISE

For your eyes.....
Sit down and keep your back straight. Now close your eyes. Be sure you are relaxed. Now lift your eyebrow and stretch the eyelid down as far as possible. Hold this for 5 seconds and then relax. Repeat this exercise 5 times. In the same sitting position as before, keep your eyes open and looking straight ahead. Now look up and then down but don't move your head. Do this 10 times.

Your Neck and Throat.....
Sitting straight tilt your head back and look towards the ceiling. Begin this exercise with your lips together and then begin to pretend you're chewing. You will tell that it's working your neck and throat area. Do this 25 times. Sitting straight again perform the same position as previously. Your head tilted back and eyes towards the ceiling. Keep your lips closed but relaxed and begin puckering your lips as you would if you were kissing and then stretch the kiss out. Keep your lips in this position for 10 seconds and then relax. Repeat this exercises a total of 6 times.

For your lips.....
In the same sitting position, pucker your lips. Now lift your lips, while puckered, up towards your nose and hold that position for 5 seconds. Now return to the starting position and repeat 5 more times. Now pucker your lips for a kiss and then relax your mouth again. Keep your lips closed during this exercise. Hold the pucker for 10 seconds then relax and repeat 10 times.

For Your Forehead.....
Make a frown as well as you can, then move your eyebrows so they are over your eyes and pull them together. Now lift your eyebrows as high as you can with your eyes open and wide. Repeat this 5 more times.

For Your Cheeks.....
Close your lips and smile in a relaxed manner. Now suck your cheeks in against your jaw. Hold this position for 10 seconds then relax and repeat 8 more times.

And there you have it. All these are very simple exercises that target every area of your face. You don't have to spend money to get effective results, so why don't you begin now? Try them out and see the results for yourself.

Once again, great lens. I would try breaking it up a little as well. People like to read bite sized portions with headlines. Most people just skim headlines, so keep them interested until the end!
