    Amazing information on how to obtain six pack abs. I'm really all about how to get abs now. So much so that i even created my own lens on it: six pack abs, thanks.

    I got myself all worked up about turning 50. "I can't believe I'm 50" Ten months later I'm like, wow, I feel pretty good for 50. I wasted alot of energy by letting a number manipulate my feelings.

    I'm 50, but I think I'm 32. I guess I act like it, too, and everyone says I look 30-something. Act as if...and you will be!

    I haven't got a figure like yours but...I gotta say - being 50 is great! And in two weeks I'll be 51 - even better!

    I like your upbeat style! Certainly thinking young is an important component of feeling and looking young. I think I need to practice this; yes, I'm sometimes guilty of thinking I have to look my age. I promise to try to do better!
