Ranked #26,501 in Food & Cooking, #562,371 overall

Wanted: Tea Lovers

I love tea. My whole family loves tea. As a matter of fact, we love tea so much we started our own online tea company - SBS Teas

I've kind of been lurking on Squidoo for a while, but when I heard about the new Plexo thing, I had to jump on the bandwagon. So hopefully you find something here of interest. Like tea.

I realize this lens may be a bit biased in the beginning, but we'll work on that over time. Feel free to scroll down and add your own favorite links and books, and be sure to sign the guestbook!

About SBS Teas

SBSteas.com is a small, woman-owned business in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. We are environmentally conscious, keeping our focus on helping others achieve better health and a more peaceful existence, one cup at a time.

Ms. Johnston's mission is to offer the opportunity for everyone to experience, what used to be considered, luxury items with outstanding quality, while having only a moderate impact on the pocket book.

Born into a family of entrepreneurs, she has worked in small business since the age of 11. Ms. Johnston truly knows and lives by what is important - complete customer satisfaction and quality at a fair price.

In her early 20's, Rachel started her journey in Corporate America, which grew into a Project Management career in the Technology sector. Ms. Johnston has worked for companies such as Microsoft, Boeing and Weyerhaeuser.

Her transition from a small business into huge business was a culture shock to say the least. In hindsight, Rachel realizes that these experiences provided valuable training for her future business ventures. This look at the inside of multi-national business was a crucial step to completing the picture for Rachel. She knew, without a doubt, that the corporate world was not a good match for her over the long-term. Ms. Johnston realized in order to live truly in her joy, she must follow her own entrepreneurial spirit and create an honest reflection of herself in her working life.

In 1998, Rachel embarked on a journey that has changed her life immeasurably and irrevocably. She launched a gourmet tea, fragrance and personal care products business selling her wares at home parties, fairs and shows. Quickly, this small company grew into a retail store. From these experiences and successes, SBSteas.com was born!
