"Don't you already have the box set of these movies?" That's what I said when I saw this item on our Christmas lists this year. "Not like this Dad, this set has 11 hours of additional footage that really brings the three movies together like never before. A lot of the things that were missing from the books is in the new stuff. Not only that but there are a ton of things that have been added, Peter Jackson speaking on making the films and a bunch of the actors giving their thoughts too. Dad, there are 15 discs in this set."

What more can I say, that's a pretty good argument for adding this new set to our shelf. How about yours?
