• Inconvenience Fee: If I travel to an appointment and the signer refuses to sign, does not have proper identification, or does not show up, the $25 travel fee will still be charged.


• Weekend Fee: On Saturdays and Sundays, the $25 travel fee does not include one notarized signature.


• Late Hour Travel Surcharge: A $20 fee will be added to appointments booked between the hours of 8 and 11pm, any night of the week.


• Hospital Fee: There is a minimum charge of $50 if the signer is a patient in a hospital or nursing home. This fee includes one notarized signature. If the patient is not able to sign, does not have proper identification, or refuses to sign, the fee will still apply.


• Waiting Fee: If you are 15 minutes late for our agreed upon appointment, there will be an additional $10 fee.


• Parking Fee: I always try to find free street parking, but if paid parking is the only option, the actual parking fee will be charged.
