- The failure to appear is regarding an old speeding ticket. Which he really doesn't remember anything about. Would he be able to post bail?

- my boyfriend is currrently in jail for driving with a suspended licence due to a DUI; and found out he had a warrant in orange county for a failure to appear 2 years ago. How would we go about handling this? He has court tomorrow regarding the suspended licence and is supposed to be transported to the OC within the week.

- I have three traffic tickets in LA county. I failed to appear in all three cases. I have two holds for two of the tickets. I have a warrant for the last of the tickets.
I am so afraid that when i go to court tommorrow, the will deny me bail because i failed to appear in court so many times before. What do you think?
