Is Fat Loss 4 Idiots A SCAM?

 

Weight Loss Tip - If you want to lose 10 pound fast then this maybe the program for you.

Fat Loss 4 Idiots is a web based program designed to create 11 days of basic meal plans based on your food preferences.  You choose from a selection of foods and the end result is a plan you can print out to follow.

In fact, the diet is a 14 day cycle - 11 days of planned meals, followed by 3 days of "cheat" meals.  You get to eat whatever you want!

Although there is no support of any kind from the website, the food selection are very low in maintenance to prepare.  Unlike other diet program where you are required to purchase expensive pre-packaged food and supplements, Fat Loss 4 Idiots is an economical diet program, and you buy your own food!

The diet program has a common-sense approach, many of which we've all heard before.  It recommends avoiding restaurants where possible, but gives you great ideas on how to eat if you do. 

The diet itself consist of low fat and low carbohydrate diet.  It consists mainly of fruits, vegetables and lean proteins, and the sources of fat come from whole foods like eggs and cottage cheese.  Any food that are processed or has a lot of sugar in it are non existent.

However, you do get to eat some carbohydrates like pasta and oatmeal. 

With this Lose 10 Pound program, the one thing that stands out is that your craving for snacks will disappear!  The day is divided into 4 meals that should be eaten at a minimum of 2 1/2 hours apart.  Eating more often keeps energy levels consistent and assists in keeping metabolism high.

There is no calorie or carb counting, no limit on portion size -you "just eat short of being full" or satisfied!

Another  strong point of this program is it's variety in the daily meal plans.  Although simple, you will never get bored of the meal.  No repetitive meals.

With this variation in the calorie eating pattern, it encourage the body to burn more calories and fat.

For example, if your body was taking in 3,000 calories a day and then suddenly the calorie intake was reduced to 1,500 calories, your
body firstly will be shocked with the calorie difference, but then have to look burn energy elsewhere, which is often fat!  

This is a general idea of the program to Lose 10 Pound by calorie shifting.

Although the program does not emphasize much on exercise, it is highly recommended that a combination of cardiovascular and resistance training like Turbulence Training, is incorporated in your weight loss journey.  

To lose 10 pound or more effectively, you must exercise. 

Fat Loss 4 Idiots is a good, albeit strict diet, and like every diet on the planet, it is not for everyone. Ignore the program's claims of 'Lose 9 pounds every 11 days', just focus on taking steps to lose weight gradually.

Diets always fail if the dieter is not willing to change their eating habits and lifestyle, and exercise more.  Losing 10 pound or more requires a big change on anyone's part.

The diet is not the reason the dieter loses weight, it is just a vehicle to use to get to where you want. Weight Loss Tip - It is the dieter, not the diet, that determines the success rate.

Lastly, Fat Loss 4 Idiots is a safe diet, albeit at times simple meals, but it will teach you some good habits about what is healthy for you.   Be committed to learning and understanding some basics of nutrition, and change your life!
