Why Having a Beer Belly is NOT Cool! 

I want to show you a video that made me so mad I finally decided to get off my a** and get rid of my beer belly...

Here's the deal: I'm sick and tired of people trying to act like being fat is cool. It's not! The dudes in this video are nasty, and while people may laugh, it's because it's ridiculous...not funny.

Heart disease is one of the leading killers in the United States, mostly because of totally unnecessary obesity. How cool is it going to be when these guys start dropping like flies and leaving their kids & wives alone?

Sorry to be so blunt, but when one of my friends (who also had a massive beer gut) sent me this with "LOL" in the subject line, I just got fed up with it.

I felt like I deserved something better, and I believe you do, too! It's up to you...Do you want to be in shape, feeling good, looking good, and feeling happy? Or, do you want to be laughed at on YouTube (and looked down upon for your beer belly by your Wife/girlfriend or girls you only wish you could date, kids, your neighbors and even your friends?)

Beer Belly a Myth? The Facts... 

Alright, now that I showed you the video that p**sed me off enough to change my life around and get back in shape, I want to share some interesting things I found in my frantic research session after I watched the video...

(Don't worry, this will only take a minute, but it will help to clear up some common misconceptions...)

Many nutritionists have argued for decades about the chemical properties of drinking alcohol, and how it affects the amount of body fat that's stored in the stomach area.

While there have been cases made against beer being the main enemy, this does NOT mean having a "beer belly" is a myth...but it does mean you can get rid of your beer gut AND still drink beer! That was the best thing I learned by far...I love beer, man! =)

There have been dozens of clinical studies that have shown subjects that regularly consume liquor & beer have a higher body fat percentage. It's just fact...But why?

How many times have you gotten drunk, eaten waaaaay too much food, then passed out when you weren't hungry anymore? Come on, be honest...I've been there, too.

Think about it: your body's getting tons of extra calories (usually from fatty foods), then not using them. In the end, it's about the calories...NOT the beer.

The lifestyle we live when we drink all the time also messes up our metabolism, which means it's harder to burn fat.

This is KEY...every time you feel way too full, you're just crushing your body's natural fat-burning machine (i.e. your metabolism).

Make it easy on your body to burn fat all day long, and fat won't pile on. It's that simple...

Losing a Beer Belly: All You Need to Know... 

I hope you're getting pumped up knowing that you CAN still drink beer and have fun...without being fat & feeling ugly.

Does that mean you have to workout for 10 hours every week and have a flawless diet? Far from it!
