In our family a few of us were blessed with great skin and good metabolism and a few of us were not. It is so frustrating to try diet after diet. So when my sister, Monica lost 4 inches with body wraps and we looked at the products she was using, we decided to research and try these products and learn more about these techniques. We were very interested in the way these products worked. Of course everyone is different so it is very exciting to see how and why these techniques and products work and what they do for people.

We know people who really struggle with weight issues and want healthy alternatives. So in this review we will give a review on what body wraps and thermogenic products are. Also give you some product idea's so you can see how it works and we will have workout products and some good recipes to help us all get healthy, fit and get our sexy back!

Natural Body WrapsIn the old day body wraps were made from ace bandages or plastic wrap and people would put it around them to sweat off some inches or cover unwanted fat. Now you can go to spa's and get a plethora of different body wraps and techniques done to release toxins out of your skin and lose inches. Spa's use algae, seaweed, mud and let you sit for about 20 minutes in the concoction and then rinse and put on some lotion to make the skin smooth. Now there are at home wraps that use herbal remedies that help detoxify, tighten and tone the body. I have seen some rave reviews on these products. The one we use is a body applicator because that is what worked for my sister. It got us thinking about total body health and got the mindset onto total health.
